Syringol is a smoke based product produced from the pyrolysis of premium hardwood timber with the antimicrobial properties isolated from the flavour components. It can be applied on red meat, poultry, seafood, smallgoods, fruits and dairy products. It will not have any effect on the natural bloom of fresh meat or cooked products.
ASC is an in-line antimicrobial food surface treatment and is known as a Stabilised Chlorine Dioxide product. By ulilising ASC equipment with GRAS acid, it offers food manufacturers the most effective food grade sanitiser available on the market today.
