ASC Sanitiser
Acidified Sodium Chlorite produced for in-line antimicrobial treatment and known as a stabilised Chlorine Dioxide Product. It is an extremely effective food grade sanitiser proven to help control food-borne pathogens on a variety of food surfaces as indexed below:

Application Methods:
Slaughter:
Applied to carcass surface offers manufactures bio-security against the threat of pathogen contamination such as E.coli, Salmonella & Listeria along with longer shelf life. This product is applied via a custom built misting cabinet to obtain complete contact with food surfaces.
De-boning:
Applied to prima/offal surface offers manufactures bio-security against the threat of pathogen contamination such as E.coli, Salmonella & Listeria along with longer shelf life. This product is applied via a custom built misting cabinet to obtain complete contact with food surfaces.
Mince/Smallgoods:
Applied to mince/smallgoods surface offers manufactures bio-security against the threat of pathogen contamination such as E.coli, Salmonella & Listeria along with longer shelf life.
Drinking Water:
Used for water treatment will control pathogen loading & stock contamination in drinking water and remove bio-films in water lines.
Render:
Applied prior to rendering reduces contamination levels and assists in odur control.
Chillers:
Applied via fogging/misting into refrigerators and holding chillers reduces resident pathogens & cross contamination.
